1. LeTip is a professional organization of men and women dedicated to the highest standards of competence and service. AAA-1 is a member of the Sno-King Chapter of LeTip. We are committed to the highest ethical standards in the conduct of our business. We shall exercise fairness, loyalty and integrity at all times in relationship to our employees, customers and shareholders. In this spirit we shall participate actively for the improvement of our community and our society, striving always to fulfill our obligation of leadership. 2. The Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties (MBA) was founded in 1909 by a group of Seattle builders who saw a need to unite to address the many concerns and issues affecting the housing industry. They shared technology and jointly solved construction problems. They actively worked with government to develop laws that protected the environment while still providing attractive, affordable communities and homes for the families of the Puget Sound region. 3. The Better Business Bureau of Alaska, Oregon, and Western Washington 4. Built Green is an environmentally-friendly, non-profit, residential building program of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, developed in partnership with King County, Snohomish County, and other agencies in Washington State. In recognition of the ESA listing of Pacific Northwest salmon species, the Built Green program includes more than 150 items tied directly to salmon protection and preservation. These proactive, cost-efficient strategies will enable you to incorporate building and maintenance practices that protect our salmon for years to come.

National Association of Home Builders is one of the nation’s most highly respected and widely known trade associations based in Washington, D.C. whose mission is to enhance the climate for housing and the building industry. Chief among NAHB’s goals is providing and expanding opportunities for all consumers to have safe, decent and affordable housing. NAHB helps promote policies that will keep housing a national priority. NAHB’s builder members construct about 80 percent of the new homes constructed each year in the United States.
